When it comes to nails, sometimes it can be nice to spice it up a bit with either a new bold colour or a special effect from time to time. I have had this Nails Inc Feather Effects Polish in Edinburgh Feathers in my stash for quite sometime and have only wore it here and there, but with Easter coming up this effect just seems so appropriate and really in keeping with the theme of Spring.
I don’t know about you, but I have never been interested in haircare because out of everything to do with beauty it seems a bit, boring? I naturally have medium brown hair which has quite a flat colour so since I was about 16 I have dyed it at home with various different box dyes you can pick up from Boots to a darker brown. I always love how it looked straight after, but my hair has the tendency to fade really quickly and get a slight warm tinge after dying it. Since I have ditched the box dyes and been getting it done at the hairdressers, I have found a few products which have really helped my hair from fading and has kept my colour in tact for so much longer.
Gone are the days of dark and vampy nail colours, Spring is upon us which means it is time to whip out those coloured polishes so we can show off our pink and pastel talons! I have thought long and hard about which nail polishes deserve a mention in the Spring must have category and I have successfully narrowed it down to five, with a selection of both cheaper products and more expensive ones.
Isn’t she a beauty?! This nail polish by Dior in 777 Bloom was a product that a mentioned in a recent highend beauty haul and let me tell you, I have not been able to get enough of it since! This shade is part of their new Spring Collection and I must say that it really helps to get rid of the cold weather blues and finally start looking forward to some fresh Spring weather! In my opinion, everyone needs a striking pink in their stash this Spring!
